Role Overview

As the Banquet Setup PM Supervisor, you'll work with the Director of Banquets and the Food & Beverage leadership team to develop and execute banquet and catering programs. You'll oversee banquet setup, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Execute banquet functions per BEOs and timelines
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful events
Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of function spaces
Train, supervise, and schedule banquet staff
Ensure safety standards and equipment fulfillment
Coordinate with Engineering for repairs and maintenance
Create standards for banquet operations, including buffets, breaks, and plated events
Manage inventory of China, glass, silver, and equipment
Conduct interviews, training, and performance evaluations for banquet staff
Develop and manage monthly forecasts with department heads
Oversee event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangement
Ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies
Ensure packages are transferred and shipped properly

Qualifications

4+ years in banquet service, 2+ years in a supervisory role
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Luxury hotel experience preferred
