What we are looking for:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they arrive. Key duties include checking guests in and out, handling reservations, answering questions, and addressing special requests or concerns. They ensure that all guests receive a smooth and efficient check-in experience and provide assistance with directions, services, and amenities. The Front Desk Agent also manages payments, maintains accurate guest records, and works closely with other hotel staff to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction

Key Skills:

• Greet and thank guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
• Check guests in on arrival and out on departure.
• Post charges to appropriate guest accounts.
• Anticipate and address guests' needs, resolving any issues or complaints.
• Assist guests with disabilities to ensure their comfort and accessibility.
• Operate the switchboard and respond to inquiries.
• Assist the reservations manager with taking and confirming reservations.
• Collaborate and communicate with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures and safety policies to maintain a secure environment.
• Complete daily tasks as outlined in the checklist.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of Front Desk Agent experience preferred.
