The Popeyes Restaurant Shift Manager ensures that all work objectives positively contribute to the restaurant. The shift manager creates schedules to help the restaurant function smoothly and successfully. They ensure that guests can fully enjoy their visit to the restaurant and that employees are satisfied with their workload, responsibilities, and work culture.

What you will do as Popeyes Restaurant Shift Manager
• Training and maintaining the schedule for all restaurant staff, including servers and hosts
• Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage
• Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience
• Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety
• Promoting the restaurant and finding ways to bring in more customers
• Handling customer complaints
• Completing necessary paperwork, such as staff attendance reports
What you need to be successful as a Popeyes Restaurant Shift Manager
- Have a fun, positive, and energetic personality.
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety
- Previous experience in restaurant industry with relevant profile
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lead big groups of people
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills and display proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
