This role demands exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering white-glove service. The successful candidate will manage a team of housekeepers, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. This is a W-2 full-time position offering an hourly rate starting at $40 per hour, with benefits.
Property Oversight
• Supervise and execute the cleaning and maintenance of the estate, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and specialty spaces (e.g., home gym, theater).
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs to inspect cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all areas.
• Maintain luxury finishes and furnishings, including antiques, fine art, and designer pieces, ensuring proper care.
Team Management
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of housekeepers to maintain consistent high standards.
• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for the team.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Daily Operations
• Handle laundry and wardrobe care, including delicate fabrics and designer garments.
• Maintain an organized inventory of household supplies and ensure timely restocking.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for deep-cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
Event Preparation
• Prepare the property for special events, ensuring all areas are pristine and guest-ready.
• Assist with event setup and post-event cleanup as required.
Communication and Reporting
• Regularly update the family or estate manager on property status, staff performance, and supply needs.
• Utilize technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, task management software) to manage schedules and track inventory.
