Old Bucks Place at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee our poolside dining operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of Old Bucks Place, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Staff Management: Lead, train, mentor, and supervise food and beverage staff to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service.
Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and beverages served, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Prior serving or bartending experience as is a plus
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
