Your Opportunity Awaits

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a front desk agent in a hotel
Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel sales operations
Familiarity with hotel booking system OPERA and basic computer skills
College Degree
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do

As a valued member of the Capri Laguna team, your role will involve Hotel sales, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and the local area. You will also be entrusted with addressing guest requests, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
