At Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Airport, we are looking for a driven and service-minded Assistant General Manager to join our team and help elevate our guest experience.

Position Overview

As the Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the hotel. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing all departments, managing staff, and ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience as an AGM, Front Office Manager, or General Manager and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with hotel renovations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
• Lead and mentor department managers and staff to maintain a high-performing team
• Ensure exceptional guest service, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and company policies
• Support sales and revenue efforts to maximize occupancy and profitability
• Assist with renovation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and staff (if applicable)
• Help maintain a strong and positive workplace culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel leadership experience (Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or General Manager preferred)
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial performance
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Hilton brand standards is a plus
• Renovation experience in a hotel setting is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
