Security/Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Security/Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will combine exceptional customer service skills with a focus on maintaining safety and security. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience while upholding security protocols.

Responsibilities:

-  Greeting customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

-  Monitoring premises and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.

-  Assisting customers with inquiries, directions, and basic troubleshooting.

-  Enforceing company policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment.

-  Responding to emergencies and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel as necessary.

-  Maintaining accurate records of incidents and daily activity reports.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts professionally.

- A basic understanding of security protocols is a plus.

- Prior customer service or security experience is preferred but not required.

**Schedule:**

Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
