Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a dynamic and strategic Senior Corporate Marketing Manager to lead and influence the development of innovative marketing programs and campaigns supporting Omni’s ancillary channels at the brand level.

This role will be pivotal in shaping the creation, execution, and roll-out of new and exciting brand initiatives that elevate Omni’s brand presence and guest experience.  The ideal candidate will have a robust background in hospitality marketing, campaign management, project management, creative and design management, and programming. This individual will excel at working cross-functionally with key stakeholders across various corporate verticals, including Sales, Food & Beverage, Loyalty, Golf, Spa, and Human Resources, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.  The Senior Corporate Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the brand management and broader marketing teams.

Based in Dallas, TX, the manager will report to the Director of Brand Management and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Development of Annual Marketing Plans: Oversee the creation and execution of yearly marketing strategies for Omni brand ancillary verticals, including Sales, Food & Beverage, Sales, Golf, Spa, and Human Resources. Provide strategic direction for messaging, creative development, and campaign execution to achieve brand objectives.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to align marketing initiatives with overarching brand goals. Manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Guide Creative Development: Direct the development of creative briefs and oversee the production of marketing materials to support annual and seasonal promotions and programming. Deliverables include but are not limited to printed and digital collateral, menus, onsite signage, logos, and more.
  • Brand Identity Work: Provide brand identity guidance for each vertical, including the creation and refinement of logos, visual identity elements, and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.  Maintain and enforce brand standards across all marketing and advertising materials for these verticals, including print, digital, web, and social.
  • Oversee Media Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of media campaigns to support Omni brand verticals. Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance across a strategic media mix and achieve measurable success.
  • Manage Team and Agency Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for Omni’s internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring all campaigns and deliverables meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead Marketing for Bob’s Steak & Chop House: Act as the strategic marketing lead for Bob’s Steak & Chop House, overseeing omnichannel marketing plans and managing external agencies to execute campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels.
  • Drive and Report Results: Lead marketing initiatives to meet key objectives, track performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.
  • Champion Creative Projects: Oversee creative projects, ranging from original artwork development to applying existing brand-approved templates and standards. Ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and strategic goals.
  • Photo and Video Production: Collaborate with Photography and Content Manager on photo and video production projects, from pre-production to on-site shoots and post-production. Apply a critical, creative eye to ensure deliverables align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Content Strategy for Omni Brand Verticals: Lead the development and management of content across owned channels for Omni brand verticals such as sales, golf, spa, food, and beverage, collaborating with brand marketing and the broader marketing organization to drive consistency and engagement.
  • Lead and Develop the Corporate Marketing Team: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team by leading with integrity, providing mentorship, and supporting professional growth. Empower team members to excel while driving impactful marketing initiatives that align with Omni’s brand goals.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Proven hotel marketing expertise, overseeing the marketing of Food & Beverage, Sales, Golf, Spa, HR, special events and programming.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook, with a strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation command. 
  • Ability to design professional, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages, supporting business objectives and captivating audiences.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in all business interactions, upholding company integrity and reputation.
  • Adaptable and capable of taking on special assignments or projects as directed by a supervisor.
