Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B J1 candidate to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our dining area. Responsibilities include setting up stations, stocking supplies, cleaning coffee and tea stations, and ensuring tables are dusted and properly set. The role also involves assisting servers during meal periods, maintaining cleanliness of furniture and floors, and providing excellent service by pouring water and serving rolls and butter as specified.

Responsibilities

Station set-up
Stock needed supplies in side stands.
Clean-up of coffee machines and prepared coffee.
Set-up tea station.
Get ice supply.
Dust all tables to include table legs.
Receive rolls and put in warmers.
Put milk in refrigerators and set-up creamers.
Pre-set breadbaskets lined with napkins.
Pick-up linen.
Check off and pick-up storeroom supplies.
Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver and glassware.
Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications.
Assist servers during meal period.
Remove any extra settings.
Pour water.
Serve rolls and butter as specified.

Qualifications

Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in an indoor/outdoor environments
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available.
