What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Director of Operations and Bench Manager, you’ll be a hospitality powerhouse. Reporting to both the General Manager in Lafayette and our Executive Vice President, you’ll oversee daily operations in your home base and provide expert support to other properties throughout Louisiana and beyond. Whether it’s rolling up your sleeves to optimize performance or mentoring leadership teams to exceed expectations, you’ll be the driving force behind our hotels’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee and assist in hiring, training, planning, budgeting, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction at all properties.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Be a guide and coach to property leadership teams, ensuring they feel empowered to deliver on our high standards.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Whether it’s guest issues, operational hiccups, or strategic challenges, you’ll tackle them with efficiency and tact.
• Strategic Planner: Work closely with the General Manager and EVP to set goals, track progress, and celebrate big wins.
• Regional Travel: Support properties across Louisiana and the Southeast as they strive for operational excellence and growth.
