We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team. To fulfill the needs of patients in a variety of age groups, their family members, and the community by performing varied patient care tasks and functions in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active/Compact RN License
- At least 5 years total experience in Mental Health Nursing as RN
- With 2 years current RN/Mental Health experience
- Preferably those currently working in a hospital or psychiatric facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized health coaching tailored to each patient's unique needs, preferences and circumstances, ensuring a world-class patient experience.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to address patients' questions and concerns.
- Consistent utilization of protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency in care delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients using our telehealth services, providing support, guidance, and assistance throughout their healthcare journey.
This position is fully remote and available to US and Canada residents only.
