Compensation: $43,000 to $52,000 per year

About the Role
Fusion is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Coordinator to support our client programs, events, and travel incentive trips. In this role, you’ll assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events while providing top-tier customer service to program participants. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality, event management, or travel industry professional looking to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Client Programs: Assist Account Executives and Managers in executing events, conferences, and travel incentive programs.
- Event & Travel Coordination: Help design, plan, and execute meetings, events, and group travel experiences.
- Participant Support: Manage customer service inquiries, registration, and pre-trip communications.
- Project Management: Develop timelines, oversee budgets, and ensure seamless event execution.
- Marketing Support: Assist in promotional campaigns, registration websites, and mobile app content.
- Onsite Event Execution: Travel to event locations to oversee logistics and ensure a flawless guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or travel coordination (internships count!).
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Cvent is a plus.
- Flexibility & enthusiasm: Willingness to travel, work occasional nights/weekends as needed.
