Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance metrics and set objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Utilize Delphi to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth in corporate sales.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Hotel Sales Management In the area, preferably in corporate or outside sales.
• Strong understanding of account management principles and business development strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Proficiency in using Delphi for tracking sales performance.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• 5yrs of experience as a sales manager in corporate sales.
• Experience in the Fullerton, Brea & Yorba Linda market.
• Proven track record of driving ADR & RevPAR Index.
• Experience with outside sales & project business.
