• Oversee all aspects of hotel maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal guest experiences and compliance with brand standards.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain cost-efficient operations.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to deliver consistent and high-quality results.
• Ensure all safety protocols, codes, and regulations are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with hotel management to address immediate maintenance concerns promptly and effectively.

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and repair processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in managing maintenance budgets and energy conservation programs.
• Hands-on approach with a team-focused attitude.
• Certification in related trades or engineering fields is a plus.
