As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success by:

• Supervising daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Mentoring and motivating a diverse team of servers, hosts, and bartenders to achieve their best.
• Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to drive revenue, optimize costs, and maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Overseeing staff training programs, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Assisting in menu development, promotions, and events to enhance the guest experience.

We’re searching for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in restaurants.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach to guest service, with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and budgeting.
