Job Summary: General Manager Full-time, Exempt   

The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations at The United Theater on Broadway. This role requires a leader with extensive experience in F&B management, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, team performance, and guest experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Operational Management: 

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage departments, including restaurants, bars, catering services, and other outlets.

- Ensure that all F&B operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. 

- Manage inventory levels, food and beverage ordering, and stock control to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. 

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timely service of all food and beverages. 

2. Staff Management and Development: 

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of F&B supervisors, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. o

- Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff performance and ensure adherence to service standards. 

 - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of staff to maintain optimal staffing levels. 

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and professional development. 

3. Financial Management: 

- Develop and manage annual budgets for food and beverage operations. 

- Monitor revenue and expenses, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for cost savings. 

- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales while maintaining profitability. 

- Prepare regular reports on F&B performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics. 

4. Guest Experience: 

Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and quality. 

- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. 

- Implement guest feedback programs and use results to improve the F&B experience. 

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and guest preferences to continuously enhance offerings. 

5. Menu Development and Innovation: 

- Work closely with our teams to develop and update menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal trends. 

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and promote special events, themed dinners, or seasonal promotions. 

- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet dietary restrictions, health standards, and quality expectations. 

6. Compliance and Safety: 

- Ensure all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. 

- Maintain proper records for audits, licenses, and certifications as required by local and national regulations. 

-  Oversee alcohol service policies and enforce responsible drinking practices. Qualifications and 

Skills: 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications (e.g., HACCP, Food Safety) is a plus. 

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.

Skills:  

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

- Excellent financial acumen and budget management. 

- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. 

- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and compliance regulations. 

- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in Square POS System a plus
