Hotel Corporate Sales Manager

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by selling our beautifully renovated full-service Marriott, Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, customer service, and technical sales, with a proven track record of success in sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage relationships with clients while also achieving ambitious sales targets.

This position requires the candidate to work onsite at a designated hotel office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales management with a focus in sales.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Experience in technical sales is a plus, particularly for complex products or services.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct engaging product demos.
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer value.
