Are you a visionary marketing leader with a passion for strategy, storytelling, and brand innovation? At our hotels, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Director of Marketing & PR to craft and execute strategies that elevate our brand, maximize revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Develop and implement regional marketing and PR strategies, collaborating with commercial teams to drive guest room, F&B, and event revenues while maximizing profitability.
• Lead the creation of impactful campaigns, partnerships, and activations to position our hotels as market leaders and ensure brand alignment.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, website content, social media strategies, and collateral to achieve measurable ROI and top-line growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with press, media, influencers, and partners to enhance visibility and secure free publicity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing and PR leadership, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop data-driven strategies in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Remarkable communication, leadership, and project management skills, with an eye for creative excellence.
• Expertise in managing agencies, press relations, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
