Are you a visionary marketing leader with a passion for strategy, storytelling, and brand innovation? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Marketing & PR to drive the marketing vision for two iconic properties: Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead brand innovation, optimize revenue streams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across both hotels.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing and PR strategies, working closely with commercial teams to drive room, F&B, and event revenues while optimizing profitability for both Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt.
• Design and deliver impactful campaigns, partnerships, and activations that position our properties as market leaders, ensuring consistent brand alignment.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media strategies, and collateral development, with a focus on measurable ROI and top-line growth.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with press, media, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance visibility and secure earned media opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in marketing and PR leadership, ideally within the hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft data-driven strategies in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills, paired with a keen eye for creative and strategic excellence.
• Expertise in managing external agencies, media relations, and digital platforms, ensuring all initiatives align with overarching brand goals and values.
