Assistant Superindendent

Full-Time

Falmouth Country Club is currently looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our maintenance team. The Assistant Superintendent will assist in all aspects of golf course maintenance.

Falmouth Country Club is a challenging 27-hole, year-round public golf course consisting of a championship 18 hole, par 72 "The Osprey Course", and a 9 hole, par 37 "Talon" course.

Educational Requirements

Certificate, 2 or 4 year degree in related field.

Experience Requirements

At least two years prior golf course experience.

Special Requirements

This position offers a wide variety of job experiences and responsibilities.

• Time management and leadership principles
• Calibration of sprayers/spreaders
• Spraying greens, tees, fairways
• All aspects of irrigation management
• All mowing operations
• Drainage installation
• Tournament preparation
• Sod Projects
