Responsibilities:

-Laser focus on consistently high levels of guest satisfaction

-Ensures consistent dedication and care of the hotel asset and reputation

-Owns key sales relationships and customer service recovery

-Owns the financial performance of the hotel, including the food and beverage operations

Strengths and Skills:

-Proven leadership with the ability to execute strategic plans and missions

-Organized, Hands On, and Ever Present in the daily operations of the hotel

-Fluent with Hilton technologies such as OnQ R&I, PEP, GRO, Hilton Lobby, Simphony POS, Quore, Impulsify, and M3 Accounting

-Thorough knowledge of Hilton Honors loyalty program

-Takes advantage of strong corporate support to focus on the things that matter
