Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at McDade's Emporium. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. This role supports senior leadership by developing and assuming essential management responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing coaching, direction, and support.
Oversee training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing processes.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Act as a liaison between culinary and restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
Maintain and enhance product quality and service standards.
Play a significant role in the overall performance of the outlet.

Requirements

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience as a Barista is a plus
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
