Summary
The F&B Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Commissary, Market, and Club Lounge, ensuring quality standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This role collaborates with other department leaders to maintain compliance with policies, manage budgets, and optimize workflows. The F&B Operations Manager supervises staff, oversees inventory, and ensures financial processes and reporting are accurate and timely.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Commissary, Market, and Club Lounge, ensuring quality and standards meet guest expectations.

Oversee stock levels and deliveries in Commissary

Inventory & Reporting

Oversee the WISK database, including record management, training, and invoice processing.

Collaborate with managers for monthly inventory and reporting.

Review tip reports and data as submitted by Operations Supervisor

Manage any requests for JONAS reporting

Direct assembly, delivery, and tracking of wine club orders.

Handle guest billing inquiries, refunds, and complaints.

Assist members with wine club membership queries and requests.

Supervise daily F&B operations across various outlets as needed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Maintain operating budgets for the Commissary, Market, and Club Lounge, ensuring standards and legal obligations are followed.

Assist in inventory and ordering of F&B supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms.

Collaborate with the Outlets and Banquet Manager to track and report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements.

Supervise staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.

Coordinate cleaning and organizing programs in all F&B areas, identifying trends and recommending improvements.

Maintain compliance with OLCC and Food Handling
Guest Satisfaction

Review guest comment cards and satisfaction results with relevant managers to identify opportunities for improvement.

Stay readily available and approachable for team members to address concerns and provide support.
Other Responsibilities

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet business needs.

Step in to assist with operations across all F&B departments to address staffing needs or operational demands.
Qualifications

Proven experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a luxury or high-volume setting.

Proficiency in financial systems such as JONAS, Homebase, and UKG.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to business needs.
SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
Preferred

Certification in Food Safety Management (e.g., ServSafe Manager Certification).
- Advanced coursework or certification in financial management, inventory systems, or hospitality operations.
