Here is what you will be doing each day: 

As our Front Desk Supervisor, you the conductor of the perfect stay.  You will be providing clear direction to the team, welcoming guests, orchestrating check-ins with a warm smile, harmonizing requests with a touch of magic, ensuring guest departure is a seamless crescendo of satisfaction, and be an impeccable example of guest service. Your duties go beyond keys and reservations.  You are the architect of memorable experiences, crafting every moment with care. Providing support and leadership to the front office team while following up promptly with guest request and opportunities are key.
