Salary: $25-$40 per hour (depending on role)

Location: Various locations (travel required)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Culinary Task Force Member to join our team on a contract basis. As a Culinary Task Force Member, you will be responsible for providing culinary support to our Hotels on an as-needed basis. This could range from a line cook to an Executive Chef, depending on the specific contract.

Responsibilities:

- Provide culinary support to our Hotels on an as-needed basis

- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist

- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service

- Communicate with Hotels to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
