Pine Tree Country Club in Birmingham, Alabama is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Golf Shop Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. In order to be successful in this position, the golf shop attendant must be self-motivated, goal oriented, hard working, very friendly and outgoing, service oriented, eager to learn, a capable and motivated sales person, and be able to remain calm and pleasant under stressful conditions.

The golf shop attendant will work closely with the PGA Director of Golf and Assistant Golf Professionals to ensure the best possible golf experience for members and guests. Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

1. Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times

2. Answer telephone and handle member requests

3. Book tee times using Jonas Tee Sheet

4. Check-in golfers and charge for services and golf shop merchandise

5. Assist in keeping the golf shop clean and well displayed
