Hotel Sales Manager

Full-Time

Responsively for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts within the assigned market segment.

Meets and exceeds revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts in a profitable and win-win selling approach. A manager manages accounts with travel throughout the year and negotiates rates for those accounts that travel consistently.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Understand the hotel amenities, packages, and promotions fully and carry out effective marketing.
• Generate and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
• Produce quotations and written confirmation for all clients.
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the Revenue Manager's and senior management's needs, including reporting appointments, calls made, and business leads.
• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve outstanding issues to ensure future business.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure the efficient and smooth management of events.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry and business travel segment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and operations is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• This position may require travel between multiple hotel locations.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs and event schedules.
