These properties are award winning hotels that provide service above the competition.

Position Overview:
As the Director of Sales, you will drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, foster strong relationships with clients, and lead our talented sales team to exceed targets. Your strategic vision and leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee sales accounts, negotiations, events and weekly reporting.

- Outside Sales Calls during PST "prime selling time"
- Direct marketing efforts in collaboration with our Corporate Marketing Manager to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

- Ensure communication with all hotel staff to help accommodate incoming groups, events, and corporate accounts with all necessary information and changes as events dictate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Knowledge of selling Guest Rooms, Catering/Event Space and executing BEO's

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of OPERA, CONCERTO and Visual Matrix are preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in CRM software (Amadeus preferred but not required) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the local market and hospitality industry trends.
