  • Essential Functions of the Position: 

Achieve and exceed individual and company targets.

Key role in solicitation of acquisition business segments (include but not limited to: entertainment, fashion, finance, luxury and lifestyle travel agencies) to fulfill revenue goals.

Responsible for client visits, tours, entertainment, receptions, etc. in addition to traveling to key markets or tradeshows.

Responds to guests’ requests in an accurate and timely manner.

Ability to handle confidential information discretely and in a proper manner.

Ambassador for the brand.

Attentive, accountable and highly organized and has the ability to plan multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Expert in sales and representation of the product, along with excellent knowledge of all facets of the hotel and location.

Deliver excellence in customer service as well as exploring opportunities for growth within the business.

Liaise with management and operating departments to ensure we live up to the service promise to our guests.

Champion our core values by adopting an open and consultative style of leadership and peer communication to provide a role model for all staff that inspires employees to make a positive contribution to the business.

Develop relationships with guests, clients and neighbors in order to provide personalized service.

Resolve customer concerns, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, whilst accommodating special requests.

Minimum Requirements: 

2-years’ experience in a hotel sales role, preferably a current Sales Manager in the LA market.

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel, Business Administration or Marketing.

Computer literacy to include: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with Opera required.
