Job Overview

The Sage investment intern works closely with all members of the Investment team to support our growth strategy and day to day investment management process.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

� Assist in compiling, reviewing, and researching key data that will contribute to the underwriting of hotel real estate.

� Produce and maintain collateral materials for presentations.

� Maintain information in all data bases.

� Provide miscellaneous ad-hoc analytic support as needed by the investment team.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

� All other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

Education/Formal Training

Pursuing BA/BS degree in Hotel Administration and/or Real Estate Finance.

Experience

Work experience or internship in hospitality finance, real estate, or hotel operations preferred.

�

Knowledge/Skills

� Strong business writing skills.

� Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

� Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time wisely to meet deadlines.

� Ability to work independently while also maintaining rapport with other team members.

� Strong organizational skills.
