Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, shape, and bake a variety of viennoiserie products, including croissants, puff pastries, danishes, and other breakfast pastries.
Collaborate with the pastry team to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery for breakfast service.
Handle dough lamination and fermentation processes with precision and consistency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
Assist in developing new recipes and flavor profiles to expand the viennoiserie menu.
Ensure that all baked goods meet the highest standards of presentation and taste.
Assist with general kitchen duties as needed, including ingredient preparation and basic pastry production.
Participate in early morning shifts to ensure fresh viennoiserie availability.
Uphold company standards and exceed client expectations in every service.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Viennoiserie Pastry Cook or similar role.
Solid expertise in dough lamination, shaping, and baking techniques.
Strong understanding of yeast-leavened and puff pastry dough production.
Ability to create consistent, high-quality baked goods under time constraints.
Experience working in a high-end bakery, patisserie, or similar establishment preferred.
Degree in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred; certification in viennoiserie production is a plus.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong team player with effective communication skills.
