Customer Success Support Coordinator

Full-Time

General Purpose

This seasonal position will provide customer service to Troon golfers as well as provides administrative support to Troon’s Corporate Sales & Marketing and Operations Teams.

Essential Duties

• Answers telephone and emails from golfers about the Troon programs, primarily from Troon Rewards Members, Troon Cardholders, Troon Access members and Troon Privé members.
• Responds to all golfer and Troon facility inquiries in a professional, timely and thorough
• Return all voice messages left for the Sales & Marketing department on a daily basis
• Provides general administrative support for all corporate programs, including but not limited to:
  • Crediting Troon Rewards points and solving Troon Rewards login issues
  • Updating the Troon Golf database with golfer information
  • Answering questions and resolving issues for the newly launched Troon Access program
  • Servicing golfers contacting Troon regarding strategic partnership details and benefits
  • Providing customer service for Troon gift card questions and orders
• Work with EZLinks point of contact to ensure booking engines, membership types, rates are correct for Troon Access program
• Monthly audits of tee sheets and Troon Card rates
• Work with Troon facilities to collect updated Troon Access rates, Troon Rewards status level tiers and other information
• Work with the IT department on an ongoing development list to improve our systems, customer service support and technologies
• Constantly finds new, better and more efficient ways to service our golfers, facilities and company
• Provides general administrative support to Sales & Marketing and Operations team
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Regular and reliable attendance

Compensation & Role Details

This is a seasonal opening for $15/hour with an end date of January 31, 2025.

Education/Experience

Associate degree (AA); and at least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and sales-related skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and EZLinks
• Exceptional organizations skills; maintains accuracy and neatness; ability to multitask

Physical Demands

Frequently sits, talks, hears, and uses hands. Regularly walks and stands. Occasionally reaches with hands and arms, stoops, kneels, crawls and crouches. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
