We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team.

As a Bartender at Sandbar, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, preparing a variety of beverages, and ensuring that every guest has a great experience. You will be the face of our bar, offering warm hospitality while mixing cocktails, serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, daiquiris, and other drinks according to Sandbar’s standards.
• Take customer orders, offer recommendations, and upsell drinks when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure proper stock levels and communicate any supply shortages to management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and handling of food and beverages.
• Engage with guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts or events.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate to management if needed.

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment (minimum 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol serving practices.
• Must be over the legal drinking age. (18 in Cayman)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Competitive hourly rate plus tips. (There is no income tax in the Cayman Islands!!!)
• Bartenders are making approx +$1,000 (KYD) / week
