Windows Catering Company is looking for professional waiters, waitresses and bartenders to offer exceptional and friendly service to our growing clientele. Excellent for college students or anyone looking for additional income.

Must come in required event attire (white long-sleeve button-down shirt, black pants/slacks, and black dress shoes). Applicants can visit between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm Monday-Friday. Event Preparation and Setup Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the Booking Manager regarding event assignments and check emails regularly for updates or changes.

- Arrive at events on time, dressed in the appropriate attire as specified for the event (typically white button-downed shirt, black dress pants/slacks, and black dress shoes unless specified otherwise).

- Bring necessary tools, including a wine opener, ice scoop, and matches, to each event.

- Set up the event space according to the Event Captain’s instructions, which may include arranging tables, buffet stations, service areas, and bars.

Waiter Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include setting up the room, passing hors d'oeuvres, attending a buffet, or serving a plated meal.

Bartender Responsibilities:

Responsible for setting up and serving beer, wine, or full-premium bars and must know how to mix basic drinks and provide outstanding customer service.

Chefs and Chef's Assistants Responsibilities

Support the culinary operations of the event, including preparing and presenting hors d'oeuvres, buffet items, pastries, or a plated meal. Learn from some of the best chefs in the industry!

Qualifications:

- At least one year of experience in hospitality, F&B, catering, or something similar.

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods during events.

- Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other items up to 25 pounds.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to event-specific needs.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.

- Punctuality and reliability are essential.

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly valued.

Compensation: $22 to $28 per hour (based on experience)
