Your Role
As a member of the Capri Laguna team, your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone inquiries, and providing information about the hotel and the local area. You will also be tasked with addressing guest requests, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
