Job Duties And Responsibilities

Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room 

Parking and retrieving guest vehicles 

Maintaining hotel parking lot and front entrance/valet areas

Assist guests with room changes, deliver messages or request taxis for guestsOperate Hotel Van transporting hotel guestsMaintain cleanliness of Hotel Van

Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives 

Education And Experience

Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role 

Minimum of High School education 

Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Drug Screening 

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Ability to multi-task 

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing 

Team player 

Ability to exceed expectations of guests 

Knowledge of cleanliness standards 

Outgoing personalityCustomer service focus
