Catering Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement catering sales strategies to achieve revenue goals

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

- Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed proposals and contracts

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus for events

- Manage event logistics and ensure client satisfaction

- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel's catering services

- Maintain accurate records of all catering sales activities

Requirements:

- Sell and service client events

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in catering sales, preferably in a hotel setting

- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building client relationships

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering software
