As the Front of House Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations for the entire Front of House Team. Your hands-on approach and leadership skills will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to our guests. From handling guest complaints to overseeing VIP arrangements, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and communication within the department and across the hotel

Your Role in Our Story:

• Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while leading the Front Desk team.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention, enhancing their stay.
• Maintain communication with other departments, coordinating services to meet guest needs and hotel occupancy demands.
• Ensure the Front Desk area and hotel common areas are kept organized and spotless, conducting regular checks.
• Provide coaching and support to Front Desk team members, ensuring high service standards and assisting with HR tasks like scheduling.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience within a Rooms Department, with a passion for delivering excellent guest service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both team members and guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and a keen eye for operational details.
• Physical ability to perform shift duties, including standing for extended periods and handling light equipment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
