Maintenance Assistant 7.30am - 4.00pm plus on call

We are seeking a Facilities Assistant / Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.

Job Tasks/Duties Example

Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, painting, drywall

Supervises water quality of swimming pools

Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing

Physical Requirement and Work Environment

Lifting 50 lbs.  Extended walking and moving
