As the Director of Sales, you will lead and drive the sales efforts for both properties. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to contribute to our continued success and growth.

Position Summary:

The Director of Sales is expected to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability for these two 100 key All Suite Hotels. These hotels are almost identical in build. Success in this role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hospitality sales, Marriott sales experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute specific sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals for both properties.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and community leaders.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns and manage social media

- Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions, as needed.

- Prepare and manage the sales department’s budget.

- Report on sales activities and performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a Sales leadership role at a Marriott Branded full-service Hotel

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and events.

- Proficiency REQUIRED in CRM software CI-TY, Opera, TravelClick Suite of products and Microsoft Office Suite.
