With 225 retro-inspired rooms in the heart of the Theater District, steps from Times Square and Central Park, this is your chance to drive revenue growth for a truly iconic property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Lead the sales efforts for the hotel, driving creativity and innovation to meet and exceed room revenue goals.
• Strategic Vision: Develop and execute sales strategies that capitalize on the hotel's prime location and unique appeal, focusing on group and transient business.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and new prospects, ensuring sustained growth.
• Market Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to keep the Ameritania at the forefront of the NYC hospitality market.
• Collaboration: Partner with our operations team to ensure the flawless execution of agreements and delivery of outstanding guest experiences.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual sales and revenue budgets, providing accurate forecasts and market analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hotel sales experience, ideally in the NYC market, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with platforms such as Opera PMS, S&C Systems, GDS Systems, Cvent, and Microsoft Office.
• A creative, proactive, self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, independent hotel setting.
