Bar Manager

Full-Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to help manage our bar programs. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the bar program, implementing and enforcing standards set down by management, scheduling, training, inventory & ordering and tending bar if needed. You will work with the Food & Beverage director to increase sales and service in your department. Ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of wine, beer and spirits with at least 3 years upscale casual or fine dining experience. This is a full time position paying between 40,000 to 50,000 depending on experience, plus full benefits for full time.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure standards of appearance and sanitation are maintained on a daily basis
• Maintains effective portion control using established pouring methods
• Ensures the liquor and alcoholic beverage supplies are maintained and complete

Qualifications

• Must be able to secure an alcohol pouring and handling license and food handlers
• Must be able to train Bartenders
• Must be able to stand for periods of time
• Must be detailed oriented, Customer service oriented and organized
• Must have Reliable transportation
