Sport Pavilion Event Coordinator

Overview

Silver Creek Valley Country Club is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Sports Pavilion Event Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a knack for multitasking and hospitality, as administrative duties will be performed at the front desk.

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and execute all events held at the Sports Pavilion. This includes liaising with members, vendors, and internal staff to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.

Multitasking

Handle administrative tasks at the front desk while managing event coordination responsibilities. This includes answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting members and guests with inquiries.

Communication

Maintain clear and effective communication with the Directors involved in the event planning process including but not limited to billing and managing banquet event orders.

Problem Solving

Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution of events.

Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all events, including budgets, schedules, and member information.

Qualifications

Experience

Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service

A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and customer service.

Availability

Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
