Aegis Living, the leader in Luxury Senior Living, is looking for innovative, independent-thinking General Managers to operate our high-end communities on the West Coast.

1.    Senior living is ‘recession resilient’.  A growing number of people require our services, and a downturn in the economy does not impact job security with Aegis.

Our salaries are competitive with high-end hotel offerings.  We also have a custom bonus program that has no cap, and is limited only to your ability to drive GOP.  Generous benefits and PTO.
