Here is what you will be doing each day: 

As our Executive Sous Chef, you will be unleashing your culinary magic in the Westin Tempe outlets - Terra Tempe, Skysill, Cup of Joe, and Banquets. You will be a main leader of the team of vibrant cooks and chefs in all aspects of the kitchen, collaborating with other departments, coordinating the purchase of all food, assist with menus and assist with maintaining approved food and labor costs. Ensuring excellence in banquet dining execution will be important along with ensuring completion of administrative tasks.
