One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel is looking for a passionate and dynamic Event Operations Manager to join our vibrant team! Nestled in the heart of Shoreditch, our hotel is a hub for creativity, culture, and unforgettable guest experiences. As we continue to elevate our events offering, we're seeking a seasoned professional with a flair for organizing and delivering world-class events.

As the Event Operations Manager, you will:

• Oversee the seamless execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to weddings and private parties.

• Coordinate with the sales, catering, and hospitality teams to ensure each event exceeds guest expectations.

• Manage event logistics, staffing, and on-the-day operations with precision and creativity.

• Maintain the highest standards of customer service while troubleshooting any challenges that may arise.

• Work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring every detail is delivered to perfection.
