Pool Attendant / Fitness Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Oversea the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
• Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• 2 year experience as a Supervisor in Hospitality.
• CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire).
• Strong Ability to lead, empower and motivate the team.
• Maintaining and cleaning all outside patio and furniture.
