Nestled in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, Black Fox Lodge is a part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, renowned for personalized service and exceptional hospitality. What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items from scratch, ensuring each dish is fresh, flavorful, and served with precision.
• Set up and stock your station each morning with the necessary supplies, ready to deliver a smooth, efficient service.
• Collaborate closely with the executive chef, sous chef, and other kitchen staff to ensure timely and simultaneous delivery of food to guests.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout your station, adhering to all food safety regulations.
• Assist with prep work including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and ensuring meats and other ingredients are prepped according to recipe standards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring your station is always ready for the morning rush.
• Clean and maintain your workstation before, during, and after service to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven cooking experience, especially in breakfast service or a similar role.
• Familiarity with various cooking methods, breakfast items, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality food standards.
• A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, maintaining energy and focus.
• A positive attitude, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
