We are currently looking for a General Manager for our Holiday Inn located in Salem, New Hampshire. This is a busy 109 room hotel. Linchris has managed this hotel since 1994. You will find that the Linchris management structure allows for easy communication and quick decision making for our general managers.

The management team is professional, with a solid sales department and most importantly focuses on the basics, a clean hotel, good service, good food and ensuring a good night’s rest. If you are our candidate you’ll be constantly asked, what do you need to be #1 within the brand”.

The Holiday Inn is a full-service hotel.

The candidate must possess excellent leadership and revenue management skills as well as strong oral and written communication abilities. The position requires developing an annual Business Plan, knowledge of reading and understanding monthly financial statements, excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate workforce at all levels.
