Primary mission:

The primary mission of the Macro Bar Attendant is to maintain proper levels of inventory in the guest room Macro Bars and lobby retail area to ensure guest satisfaction, and properly stores and accounts for all Macro Bar inventory and supplies.  The Macro Bar Attendant is very attentive to detail and is a team player contributing to the quality of service, guest satisfaction, and the achievement of Springboard Hospitality standards and profit maximization. 

SCOPE OF WORK + TEAM

• PACIFIC 19 Kona located in Kailua-Kona on the beautiful island of Hawaii
• Renovated in April 2023
• Managed by Springboard Hospitality since October 2022

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in the day-to-day duties of the Macro Bar operations by checking guest rooms to ensure Macro Bars and lobby retail area are properly stocked.
• Ensures that charges are posted to appropriate guest bills in a timely manner.
• Verifies and arranges items to be according to the Macro Bar and Macro Bar retail store plans and hotel standards.
• Operates cart through guest floors to assigned rooms.
• Completes Macro Bar requisitions and supply lists. 
• Assists the General Manager with ordering inventory that needs to be replenished. 
• Ensures established pars are maintained.
• Knows and complies with the State liquor laws.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

• Prior Experience:
  • • 1+ years of experience with maintaining inventory and ability to perform basic arithmetic functions preferred.

OTHER EXPECTATIONS:

• Abide by payroll policies, procedures and rules of conduct as stated in the Springboard Hospitality Associate Handbook.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all company safety and security procedures.
• Travel required: None.
• Hours Required: 8.00 hours per day or 40.00 hours per week; scheduled days and times may vary based on business needs.
